Personal Data Protection Notice

We do not ask for special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.) in our forms; please do not include such information in your messages.

3. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly or fully by automated means, when you fill in forms on our website, contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our site.

4. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to the following groups of recipients:

  • Service providers we work with: the email and instant messaging services that deliver form notifications, the website’s hosting, content delivery and security services, and the analytics service that measures visits (Google Analytics).
  • Our legal and financial advisers and auditors.
  • Where requested, public authorities and courts legally entitled to receive the data.

As some of these providers host their servers abroad, your data may be transferred outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out under the procedures in Article 9 of the Law: an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as the standard contract set by the Board, or one of the incidental cases listed in the Law.

5. Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by law. When these periods end, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If you withdraw your approval for marketing communication, processing for that purpose stops.

6. Your Rights (Article 11)

By applying to the data controller, you may:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed;
  • request information if it has been processed;
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
  • know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad;
  • request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7;
  • request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties who received the data;
  • object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis;
  • claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

7. How to Apply

You can send your requests, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to our address above, via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or from the email address you previously gave us and that is registered in our system, to info@astrodijital.com. Your request is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process involves an additional cost, the tariff set by the Board may apply.
