Delivery and Return Terms

1. General Information

The delivery and return terms for the software development, web design, mobile app and digital marketing services we offer at Astro Dijital are set out below. Please read these terms before using our services.

2. Project Delivery Process

  • The project scope, estimated duration and delivery date are specified in the contract.
  • Regular progress reports are shared throughout the project.
  • Deliveries are made according to the agreed milestones.
  • We move on to the next stage only after client approval at each stage.
  • The project is delivered digitally (live server, source code, documentation).

3. Payment Terms

  • Projects follow a staged payment plan consisting of an advance payment, interim payments and a final payment.
  • Payment terms are detailed in the project contract.
  • Payments are accepted by bank transfer, EFT and credit card.
  • The invoice is issued within the legal period after payment is received.

4. Revision Rights

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the contract. Additional revisions may be priced separately if the project scope expands. Revisions must be reported within 15 business days of the delivery of the relevant project stage.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of software and digital services:

  • If the project is cancelled before it starts, 50% of the advance payment is refunded.
  • If the project is cancelled during development, the refund is calculated according to the proportion of work completed.
  • No refunds are given for projects that have been delivered and approved.
  • Issues covered by the technical warranty are fixed free of charge within the warranty period.

6. Warranty and Support

For all delivered projects, technical support and a bug-fix warranty are provided for the period specified in the contract. Enhancements and changes outside the scope of the warranty are priced separately.

7. Force Majeure

Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics or changes in legislation. In such cases, the parties are informed of the situation and a new delivery schedule is agreed.
